 This painting was inspired by a 25-year old photograph of my friend and her daughter that was used for a Mother's Day fb post. I loved the energy between them and the curls in their hair. The painting is 16x20" with the mat and was done on 140 lb, Fabriano hot pressed watercolor paper.
Here is one of my favorite paintings that resulted from spending a week painting with Bev Jozwiak. It was great to get back into painting. It's been a while since I've painted much.  |
